The White Sands offers a stunning beachfront location that's hard to beat, with clean rooms and a pleasant kitchen area. However, the service experience was frustrating, particularly with the manager's attitude, diminishing what could have been a perfect stay. While my first room had some issues with AC noise and an uncomfortable bed, the second room was much better. Overall, it’s a great spot but be prepared for some service challenges.

The beach was stunning with white sands and beautiful blue waters, making it the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. However, the customer service experience with the manager, Omar, was very disappointing, which put a bit of a damper on the trip. Overall, the beach view and Leo's service were highlights, but the inconsistency in customer care could be improved.
